Welcome to our newsletter! 

Important observations:

• With the EU hub version upgrade, all alerts are now also communicated to pharma company representatives (OBP, on-boarding partner).
• We have updated our own alert Guidelines to reflect the changes made to the Hub. In addition, we have updated the guide into our quality system.
• Especially important! Please note that all alerts generated in the verification system must be investigated. If the pack creates an alert, it must not be distributed by the wholesaler or dispensed to the patient by the pharmacy.

The number of alerts generated in the system has decreased significantly during the autumn. This is a great achievement, and we wish to thank all the users of the system. Let´s keep up the good work together!
