Important information for On-boarding Partners regarding fees for connecting to the EU Hub

EMVO (European Medicines Verification Organisation) has announced adjustments to the On-boarding fees for connecting to the EU Hub; as from the 15th January 2018, the On-boarding free will rise by 50% of the current amount.

EMVO and NMVOs (National Medicines Verification Organisations) are undertaking all necessary actions to set up the European Medicines Verification System in time for the 9th February 2019 deadline.
 

However, there is currently a significant shortage in the number of On-boarding partners going through the On-boarding process and getting connected to the EU Hub.

EMVO has pledged to guarantee a smooth On-boarding to all its partners and provide them with support and assistance in this process. Due to the small number of On-boarding partners counted at the moment, a bottleneck situation is anticipated, which will cause significant increase in On-boarding connection and support costs.

To minimize this risk and to cover the increasing costs, EMVO have created an Early Bird Discount, benefiting OBPs that have signed the agreement before 15th January 2018. In addition, there will be a further rise to the fees from 15th June 2018.
