Chairman of the Board

Nina Ekholm-Wenberg

I have solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry in both Finland and abroad. I have held general manager and leadership positions in various companies, as well as positions in marketing, sales, market entry and pharmaceutical politics at European and Finnish levels. I'm the Country Director of Janssen Finland.

I am influencing the health sector, through FiMVO as Chairman of the Board, and Pharma Industry Finland’s (PIF) Board, as well as other various committees.

In FiMVO I represent PIF and bring the innovative pharmaceutical industry’s perspective to the board. As chairman, I am a direct supervisor to the General Manager and promote excellent collaboration throughout the board and effective FiMVO operation.

Sanna Raappana

I am a board member of Suppliers of Parallel Imported Medicines in Finland and I represent them on the FiMVO board.

I am currently the Managing Director of Orifarm Oy and Orifarm Healthcare Oy, but I have also worked in quality as a responsible pharmacist for 17 years. I have been working in the pharma sector for total of 33 years in both Finland and abroad.

I have a Masters Degree in Pharmacy and I'm also commercial school graduate.

Heikki Bothas

I graduated as a Master of Social Sciences (Social Politics) and have served as The Finnish Generic Pharmaceutical Association's Executive Director since 2008. Our association represents generic and biosimilar companies operating in Finland. Our member companies also supply a significant portion of the nutritional and hydrotherapy products used in healthcare.

Inka Puumalainen

Pharmaceutical Director, Pharmacist, Doctor of Science (Pharmacy)

I am the pharmaceutical director for the Association of Finnish Pharmacies. I am responsible for the development and support of the professional activities of pharmacies. In FiMVO I represent Finnish private pharmacies, i.e. the end-users of the medicines verification system.

Kai Kaasalainen

I am the Managing Director of Tamro Corporation. I have worked there for over 13 years and before that for over 20 years in high tech companies in the retail sector.

I bring to the board a vision from an entity that integrates the entire pharmaceutical distribution chain.

Juho Hellman

I have worked with Orion for more than ten years in various positions in production and supply chain.

At the moment I am responsible for Orion's operations in Salo, where Orion's tablet packaging and logistics operations are centralized.

Prior to my current position, I was responsible for leading Orion's global serialization project and became familiar with Orion's serialization process.

I represent the vision of the manufacturing pharmaceutical industry as well as in-depth knowledge of the role of the serialization industry in the entire chain.
